About Diana

I have a background in fashion and was a top Canadian High Fashion and an Imaging Consultant. I then moved to New Home Real Estate Sales. I sold literally hundreds of new homes and condominiums, using learned selling skills, marketing and design methods to target the right market to obtain top price in the minimum time frame.

By demand, I fell into becoming a troubleshooter for new builders when a development was not selling, using my skills to determine the target market, assess floor plans, create or change to a convenient and dynamic sales centre and appropriate model suites. Then designing dynamite advertising followed by extensive sales for the turn around of a sluggish housing project into a successful and profitable new home site.

 I now work with private clients using my past experience to make changes in your living environment for Selling (for top dollar in the minimum time frame), Updating or just Decluttering with the minimum of disruption and stress.
